Same Day Home Delivery

CBD Relief is the original Same Day CBD Home Delivery. We premiered our service in 2017 and have been going strong ever since! We understand life is crazy sometimes and having CBD delivered is a convenience we can all use. Use our Same Day Home Delivery to have your CBD delivered today.

Here are some guidelines for first time users:

  1. Same Day home delivery is available to customers living or visiting in San Antonio, TX inside the 1604 LOOP. If you live outside the loop, please call as we have delivery zones and you may still qualify.
  2. Place your order BEFORE 6 PM CST. You can place your order online or by phone. Orders placed after 6PM CST, will be delivered next day after 1PM.
  3. Our deliveries start at 1PM. If you need your item delivered before 1PM, please make a note in the notes section on your order to place the request or call in your request to our customer service line. We will try as much as possible to meet this request. Requests are not guarantees and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time due to driver arrival, traffic and general driving conditions in San Antonio. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  4. If you have a gate code, please notate it in the notes section.
  5. Don’t forget your apartment number.
  6. Place at least $60 of merchandise in the shopping cart and check out. Home delivery will appear as a shipping option for $8. If you use a coupon that reduced the subtotal below $60, this option will not appear as we have a minimum purchase of $60 for Same Day Home Delivery.
  7. Once you choose “Same Day Home Delivery” as your shipping option, place your order and the driver will be in touch after 1PM.
  8. Please ensure you have a cell phone as the contact info as the driver will text you when she is on the way to you with an estimated time of arrival. If you do not have a cell phone, place a note in the notes section stating “please call-no text.”
  9. Vehicles making deliveries do not have any identifying marks or logos for your privacy.
  10. We may leave your order on your porch if you request and text a photo to your phone after it has been delivered.
  11. We are not responsible for packages left at your request.
  12. If you place an order, please ensure your phone number is accurate and you respond to driver when we try to reach you. We will try to reach you throughout the day but if we do not reach you, we will not leave the package without your permission. Customers who are non-responsive will have the package delivered next day or whenever we hear back from a customer about delivery.

COVID-19 ACTIONS:

  1. We have lowered our minimum delivery value temporarily to $18.
  2. We are doing FREE SAMEDAY HOME DELIVERY temporarily. Use code “CORONA” after placing at least $18 worth of merchandise in the shopping cart. This will trigger “FREE SHIPPING.”
  3. To let driver know it is a home delivery- write “Home Delivery” in the notes and driver will be in touch.
  4. All our drivers wear a mask and use sanitizer throughout the day.
  5. We are offering NO-CONTACT delivery options and procedures. When placing your order, make a note stating “NO-CONTACT” or reply to your driver when she texts “NO-CONTACT” with instructions on where to leave product. We are not responsible for packages left on porch.
  6. Our driver is practicing social distancing and will remain 6 feet away when delivering.
